Medical Center Master Plan:
Carson Valley

Douglas County and the surrounding region are one of the fastest growing areas in Nevada. The 15-bed Carson Valley Medical Center is growing at the same fast pace. In order to expand in an efficient and cost effective manner, the hospital and out-patient center asked Blackbird Associates to develop a master plan for the campus. We interviewed 12 different department groups to collect their needs and trends. The final plan consisted of four major stages in development. Just four years after the master plan was completed, Stage two is already underway.

Mercy Twelve Bridges

Population growth in various northern California counties has prompted an exploration of a long-range plan for a new medical campus. This master planning study involved programming and organization of the full build-out of this 60-acre campus.
